American Goods Trains Hauled By 5 To 10 Diesel Engines Is a Very Common View Seen By Any Local Rail Fans There.. But In India I Have Seen Maximum Number Of 4 loco's Hauling a Goods Trains And Thats too Very Rare. I mean it was only once when i saw 4 electric loco's hauling petrolium rakes. Otherwise 2 Engines view is somewhat common in india. This Video's complete courtesy goes to Glenn Nahrwold... This is one of his fantabulous captures. Interail locomotive 42206 is seen before dawn in the Dynon Freight yards preparing to attach to a QR National (QRN) freight train which has just arrived from Adelaide. Once attached the locomotive will shunt the train so the shipping containers can be unloaded. Interail is part of QR National railways. The 422 Class were delivered to their original owners, the New South Wales Government Railways during 1969 & 1970 and. The locomotive has an EMD 16-645E engine and features a drivers cab on both ends of the locomotive, a feature that became common on NSW locomotives for the next 30 years.

Once attached the locomotive shunts the train forward to clear a point (turnout) and then backs the train into a siding so the shipping containers can be unloaded. A Countrylink XPT will shortly arrive at Melbourne's Southern Cross station, having travelled all day from Sydney. During the Winter months this train arrives in Melbourne well after dark. After a snowstorm in New York City on Jan 26 2011, third rail was buried in snow. MTA has decided to use Brookville BL20GH diesel locomotives to keep the trains running. A very rare site.

A tribute to the historic diesel train VT 601 (VT 11.5) of the Deutsche Bundesbahn (DB). The train was used for the west german Trans Europ Express (TEE) in the 1950/1960s, later as an InterCity (IC) and a regular train. At 4:45 and 7:48 you can see the VT 602 which had a gas turbine engine. I used more than 120 different pictures and the tracks "Trans Europe Express", "Abzug" and "Metal on metal" of Kraftwerk's remix album "The Mix".
